B2B prospecting for UK businesses

Find the right UK businesses. Know what to say to them.

Vardiq finds the businesses you sell to by industry and location. It gives you their contact and company details, drafts the first email and call script, and reminds you to follow up. It also tells you, for every prospect, whether you're allowed to email or call them.

What you get

Everything after the list

Most prospect lists end up in a spreadsheet and never get contacted. Vardiq gives you the list and the work that comes after it: who to contact first, what to say, and when to chase.

Find

Prospects that match what you sell

Tell us your industry, towns and ideal company size. You get a list ranked by how well each business fits.

  • Email, phone and website, with where each came from
  • Company details from Companies House, like legal form and years trading
  • Filter by size, location, keywords and contact type
  • See prospects on a map, and ask us to search a new area
Reach out

Messages written for each prospect

Open a prospect and get a cold email, a call script, a LinkedIn note and a follow-up, all written around your pitch and their business.

  • Mentions real details, like their years trading or what's new at the business
  • Call scripts include answers to common objections
  • Opt-out line added to every email for you
  • You review, edit and send. Nothing goes out automatically.
Follow up

A pipeline that reminds you

Move prospects from Contacted to Replied to Demo booked to Won. Vardiq tells you who to chase and when.

  • Reminders in the app and by email
  • A weekly note of what's changed in your market, like new businesses or new directors
  • Notes and history on every prospect
  • Snooze, or park a prospect for later
  • Export to CSV whenever you need to
How it works

From "who should we sell to?" to booked calls

You can be working your first prospects the week you sign up.

Step 1

Tell us who you sell to

Industries, towns or regions, company size and any keywords that matter, like "payroll" or "Invisalign". That's your brief.

Step 2

We build your list

We gather every matching business, add company and contact details, and check which ones you're allowed to contact, and how.

Step 3

Open a prospect and reach out

See who to contact and how. Copy the email or call script, adjust it if you like, and send it yourself.

Step 4

Follow up on time

Mark each prospect's progress. We remind you when it's time to chase, so warm leads don't go cold.

Try it

Have a go with sample data

This is the real dashboard layout, filled with made-up businesses. Switch the sample company to see different markets, then open a prospect to see their details and the messages written for them. Changes are only saved in your browser.

Compliance built in

Stay on the right side of UK marketing law

Fines for unwanted marketing calls and emails can now reach £17.5 million, and even attempted sends count. Vardiq checks every prospect before you contact them, so you don't have to work out the rules yourself.

@

We know who you can email

Limited companies can usually be emailed about relevant business offers. Sole traders and partnerships are treated like individuals under the law, so we suggest a call or contact form instead.

☎

No number marked callable without a check

A phone number is only shown as safe to call once it's been checked against the TPS and CTPS do-not-call registers in the last 28 days. Anything registered, or not checked recently, gets a clear "do not call" warning.

✓

An opt-out line on every email

Every email we draft ends with why the person is receiving it and an easy way to say no thanks. We add it automatically, so it can't be forgotten.

✕

Opt-outs honoured everywhere

If someone asks not to be contacted, one click removes them. Nobody using Vardiq will be shown them again, even if their details turn up again later.

We draft. You send.

Vardiq never sends messages on its own. You read each one, make it yours and send it, which keeps you in control and keeps your outreach personal.

Vardiq helps you follow UK GDPR and PECR, but it isn't legal advice. You remain responsible for how you contact people.

Plans

Do it yourself, or let us do it for you

Every plan is set up around your brief: the industries and areas you sell to. Tell us who you want to reach and we'll put together a plan that fits. Everything runs on the same prospects and the same pipeline, so nothing gets lost when you move between plans.

FAQ

Questions people ask us

Where does the data come from?

From Companies House, public registers such as food hygiene ratings, OpenStreetMap, and each business's own website. Every contact detail shows where it came from, so you can judge it for yourself.

Is it legal to contact these businesses?

In most cases, yes. UK law allows relevant business-to-business marketing to limited companies, as long as you give people a way to opt out and don't call numbers on the TPS or CTPS. Vardiq checks each prospect and tells you which channels are safe to use.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your brief: how many industries and areas you want to cover, and how many contacts you need each month. Book a demo, tell us who you sell to, and we'll show you what's there and quote you a plan. There's no long notice period.

Do you send emails for me?

No. We write the drafts and you send them from your own email, after reading and editing them. Nothing goes out automatically.

Can I call prospects through Vardiq?

Vardiq drafts call scripts, but a phone number is only marked safe to call once it's been checked against the TPS and CTPS in the last 28 days. Phone screening, and our "We call for you" plan, are coming soon. Until then, email is the channel we'll point you to.

What if my industry or area isn't listed?

Tell us who you sell to when you book your demo. We add new industries and areas on request, and you can ask us to search a new area straight from the map.

Can I use it alongside my CRM?

Yes. You can export your prospects to CSV at any time and import them into the CRM you already use.

What happens if someone asks not to be contacted?

Click "Opt out" on their record. They're removed straight away, and no Vardiq customer will be shown them again.
